No need to pull out the witch costume (again), we’ve got a simple happy-clown getup that’s easy to pull off. Bonus: You won’t scare small children with this one.

HOW TO GET THE LOOK

Step 1

Prep the skin and create a matte complexion with Inner Light™ Mineral Dual Foundation where needed. Touch up stubborn spots (like redness around the nose) with an extra dose of concealer.

Step 2

Apply foundation to your eyelids, then dust on all the shades in the Petal Essence™ Eye Color Trio, from lash line to brow, placing the darkest color nearest to the base of lashes.

Step 3

Curl your lashes and sweep two coats of Mosscara™ in Black Forest onto tops and bottoms.

Step 4

With Petal Essence™ Eye Definer in Black Orchid, line your eyes into the shape you want. To get the look shown above, trace along the upper lash lines, then wing the outer corners. Line below the eye farther away from the actual lash line, starting from the inner corner and following to the outside edge. Then, taking fine, hair-like strokes, draw on exaggerated fake lashes under lower real lashes.

Step 5

Scrape off a bit of Mosscara™ in Black Forest with a wooden spatula and apply it to the Brow & Lash Brush—dot it along upper and lower lash lines for extra pop.

Step 6

Stick small adhesive black dots randomly at outer edges of eyes.

Step 7

For a sweet flush, apply Petal Essence™ Face Accent in Rose Blossom to apples of the cheeks.

Step 8

Finish getting made up with a slick of Nourish-Mint™ Smoothing Lip Color in Sugar Apple for a pretty pop.

Step 9

Pull on a colorful bobbed wig, your cutest floral sundress, and you’re ready to collect candy.

“I love this playful eye for a fun, not so spooky, Halloween look. It’s easy to create while remaining to be quite distinct.”
