by responsible principles and creative passion.

We are proud to have been the first beauty company to use 100% post-consumer recycled PET in
a product package. Today, 95% of PET bottles and jars contain 100% post-consumer recycled resin
and more than 80% of our HDPE bottles are minimum of 80% PCR resin³.

Our approach
to Responsible Manufacturing

In 2007, we were the first beauty company to begin
manufacturing with 100% wind power at its primary
facility. Today, we use 100% renewable electricity
fueled by our 3.6 acre, 1.52MW onsite solar array,
plus wind power and our primary manufacturing facility
has achieved Zero Industrial Waste to Landfill status.

Management of the area includes natural forest growth and non-commercial maintenance harvests to promote forest health and support carbon sequestration. The Doe Mountain project (ACR398) adheres to ACR's Improved Forest Management Methodology for Quantifying GHG Removals and Emissions Reductions through Increased Forest Carbon Sequestration on Non-Federal Forestlands, version 1.3, is sold by 3Degrees Group, Inc. These credits are independently verified by SCS Global Services.
