As a member of our store leadership team at John Hancock Center, you will assist in leading a team of highly talented service providers to achieve sales goals and carry out our mission to the guests we serve. Additionally you will plan and initiate monthly business driving events to draw in new and existing guests.
Education and Experience:
Qualified applicants will possess 3 years customer service experience in a service industry including 1-2 years previous management experience. Candidates must have the ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, holidays and special events within a fast paced work environment (travel outside of the district may be required). Experience working with retail POS technology and computer proficiency required. Satisfactory completion of all company required meetings and education is mandatory.
