As a Lead Advisor at Grand Central Station, you will Achieve sales and service results by supporting store events, building relationships and driving transactions within the EC. You will assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with the development of team talent, including training during meetings. Assist with daily store operations including team communication, maintenance and organization of the store.
Education and Experience:
Minimum requirements for this position include one year retail or guest service experience in a service industry, cosmetic experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional organizational skills and the ability to attend and satisfactorily complete all company-required education are required. Candidates must possess the ability to work retail hours including weekends, holidays and special events as needed. Required computer experience includes Microsoft office and previous experience working with retail POS computer software.
