As a Lead Advisor, you will Achieve sales and service results by supporting store events, building relationships and driving transactions within the EC. You will assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with the development of team talent, including training during meetings. Assist with daily store operations including team communication, maintenance and organization of the store.
Education and Experience:
Qualified applicants will possess 2 years customer service experience in a service. Candidates must have the ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, holidays and special events within a fast paced work environment. Experience working with retail POS technology and computer proficiency required.
